How can I get a sample to check your quality?
We offer free fabric samples (A4 size) for stock items. For custom samples, a small sample fee may apply. International shipping is paid by the buyer. Most samples arrive within 5–7 business days.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 50 yards per color/style for most sequin and embroidery fabrics. If your required quantity is below this, please contact us — we are happy to discuss your specific needs.
Do you accept OEM and ODM orders?
Yes. OEM and ODM are both welcome. We have an in-house design team that can assist with custom patterns, colors, and fabric specifications from concept to production.
How long does delivery take?
For stock items, we can ship within 3–5 business days. For custom production orders, the typical lead time is 15–25 days after sample approval.
What shipping methods do you use?
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and by sea or air freight. We ship to 80+ countries. If you have your own freight forwarder in China, we can deliver to them directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. For large orders, a 30% deposit with 70% balance before shipment is standard.
